Easy and Beautiful Valentine’s Day Cards
Making Valentine’s Day cards shouldn’t be difficult nor should it take lot of time. I wanted to create simple yet elegant Valentine’s Day cards plus something that was fast. I made these cards in less than 10 minutes. All it required was some punched out hearts, card stock, tags, baker’s twine, paper doilies, and paper punch. That’s it. Once I had in mind what I wanted to create it was very easy to put them all together.
I used Martha Stewart Edger Punch to create the lace edge for this card and then added the punched out hearts. Very simple.
For this card, I use the Cricut cutter to cut out the tag plus the hugs to you and added to the card. For more fancy look I added the red and white baker’s twine.
This card was simply made by layering the pink cardstock with red paper and then adding a round paper doily. Then I printed Valentine on a piece of paper and glued that to the doily. To finish it off, added two heart stickers.
I also wanted to create a small favor bags. Again I cut out the bags using the Cricut cutter and added a tag embellished with a heart and baker’s twine. I placed a packet of sweet tarts in the bag.
These took very little time to create. Have fun!
